Add a button "Services for object" to a title bar

Hello all,

We work with several environments, and I've noticed that in some of them, when I enter a medical document, next to the title bar there's a button for "services for object", but some of them doesn't have this button.

How would I add this button to the places I don't have it in the title bar?
