I'm getting confused about how Gateway and UI-Add ons (including Fiori Launchpad) being part of the 7.40 NetWeaver core and more specifically the maintaining of SAPUI5 versions.
So in summary, when I go to the service marketplace, there's lots of details about upgrading your 7.40 system to SAPUI5 to 1.22.1 (refer to note 2026156) and additional notes to get you to greater sub releases.
I'm guessing based on the referenced note (1933498) that is not released that this applies to a support pack stack that hasn't been released yet, but I haven't heard of ramp-up for support pack stacks before; so I'm a little confused.
The question in short: As of the 29th of August, is it possible to have the Fiori Launchpad and your embedded UI5 apps use SAPUI5 1.22.x on NetWeaver 7.40?
For background (and not for advice on using multiple UI5 libraries and not directly integrating the Fiori Laucnhpad which appears to be our only option), I'd like to integrate with Fiori Launchpad some UI5 apps we've developed that leverage both SAPUI5 libraries (sap.ca), and new controls from the 1.22 libraries such as the sap.m.DatePicker - and oddly enough the only way to really get the UI5 libraries is via my hack, or using sapui5.ap1.hana.ondemand.com.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
