Background Job for Initiating Dispatch of Output

Hi All,

We are using the program  RSNAST00 to dispatch the output as email.

We scheduled a background job with the variant of RSNAST00 program but cancelled with the following error

Control Framework: Fatal error - GUI cannot be reached

we have come across the SAP note 1025417 which is pointing the said error.

But the validity of note  is 1025417  from Valid Since 07.02.2007

We are using ECC6 EHP7

Please suggest whether aplying the note 1025417  will serve the purpose
