User already processing Scheduling Agreement

Hi,

 

We are getting "User <USERID> already processing Scheduling agreement <Agreement #>". As part of Basis team, we would unlock the agreement via SM12.

 

Is there a permanent fix for this? Users are already logged out of the system but would still cause locking on the agreement.

 

Also, what are the factors that may cause this? Other than user processing it on new window or not logging out of the system? Like SAP GUI Version, kernel, etc.
