Message not displayed in C4C Monitoring

Hi Experts,

I am working on scenario CRM On-Prem >> PI >> C4C for custom requirement.

The message has been successfully processed from PI and the message status in PI  is Delivered  but the message is not displayed   in C4C (Web Service Message Monitoring). Not sure the message processed in C4C.

The interface is not standard in C4C and we have created the CA with custom interface .  CS is already created in C4C for PI and the message can monitored for standard interface for e. Accounts and Contacts.

Please let me know if there is specific settings required to monitor the message in C4C(Web Service Message Monitoring) for custom requirement.
