Get current data of pernr when creating a payslip through PE51

Hi Experts,

I am creating a company payslip through PE51.

How can I get current data of pernr, need to add some logic?

If Yes, then where i have to write to code for getting current data of pernr based on the current date??

Example: I want to get recent position text of pernr but it's not coming.
