Screen Enhancement : Operation Selection window when printing

Dear PM Experts,

My client has lot of operations in the Preventive Orders and need to filter work center wise while print using operation selection menu.

• Is there any way in SAP which can filter the operations by Work Center  on below screen
• Is there any way to maximize (full screen) below operation selection window
