Element container is not used message

Hi all,

I'm getting the message "element container X is not used" after a rejection in a decision step, the thing is that the element no longer exists in the Workflow definition. I deleted it, but the message continue... when I verify the WF doesn't show that element in Warnings, what else do I have to do?

I appreciate any guidance...
