repeated rows in a dimension

Hi,

I use Web Intelligence 4.1.2 / BeX query

I have problem with repeated rows in a dimension.

I would like to simplify like this:

According to the solutions I read, there are two ones:

1. using "avoid duplicate row aggregation" in formatting table- it caused more rows than old  one.

2. using "retrieve duplicate rows" in query property - it is not selectable, not active because of BeX .

I applied break but did not work as I wanted.

I tried to use "hide when f(x)" but I did not find correct formula.

Finally, I used right click->"group" cells. But it has a disadvantage when new cities are added. It will be requied to manage groups every data written.

Which methods could be applied else ??
