Create Posting Periods through DTW

Hi,

Is there any way to create Posting Periods through DTW?

I need to create Posting Periods from 2006 till 2015 in 3 to 4 databases, and I may need to do it multiple times during my development.

If not possible through DTW, is it possible through DI API or any other way?
