We're in a integration of CRM 7.02 Ehp2 / IS-U. The initial download was done successfully; we are in the step of replication from CRM to IS-U, and we have some questions about Contract replication.
In customizing in CRM, uncheck the option "Upload Technical Object with Contract".
In ERP, the option "CRM integration for contract active" is checked. The table ECRMSETTINGS has a Dummy product, and the Master Data Template has that Dummy product assigned.
When i create a contract in WebClient and it's sent to ERP, in the tcode ECRMREPL i have the following:
- green light: According to table ECRMSETTINGS, product DUMMY0 has no master data template.
- red light: CRM contracts/products without an MDT cannot be generated from CRM
- red light: Transfer of CRM transaction 5000153 item 0000000010 to IS-U unsuccessful
But if i deselect the option "CRM integration for contract active" and in the table ECRMSETTINGS delete the entry for Dummy product, the contract replication is successful. But with this scenario, if i create a contract in IS-U, this is not replicated to CRM.
The questions are, after the initial download form IS-U to CRM, do I need to delete those entries?..
The contracts are only mantained in CRM?
What happen if there are changes in contracts in ERP, are sent to CRM??
